Valve Guides: Find valve guides and seat inserts by FarDrive reference, OE number or engine application. Send a drawing, material requirements and quantity for technical review and a batch quotation.
Enter one or more measured dimensions in millimetres: outer diameter (OD), bore (ID) and length. Use the dimension filter to narrow the references, then compare the complete engine model, part markings, grooves, flange and end geometry. The search tolerance controls candidate matching; it is not an installation tolerance.
Same length does not identify the same guide
Check all dimensions rather than ordering from length alone. Record whether measurements came from a new sample, an installed component or a removed worn guide. Keep drawing nominal values and actual measurements separate; material, finished bore and machining allowances need project confirmation.
Prepare a valve guide or seat insert RFQ
List each reference, required quantity, complete engine model, intake or exhaust position, drawing revision, material and inspection requirements, packing and destination. Mark unknown fields for review. FarDrive coordinates authorized sales, specification questions, supplier quotations and technical or after-sales follow-up; availability and commercial terms are confirmed for the order.
Send the FarDrive reference, OE reference, engine details and quantity. Add a drawing or sample, dimensions, tolerances, material, hardness and delivery requirements where available.
Are catalogue dimensions production drawings?
The catalogue supports initial selection. Final drawings, fits, chamfers or radii, materials, inspection criteria and sample requirements are confirmed before machining.
Can I request a size outside the catalogue?
Send a non-standard size, drawing or sample requirement. FarDrive will assess manufacturing feasibility and supply arrangements for the project.
Do reference numbers confirm interchangeability?
OE and application references support lookup and checking. They do not establish interchangeability; fitment and quotations depend on technical confirmation.
