This notice explains the information used to respond to a sourcing request.
FarDrive is a personally operated B2B sourcing brand. Taylor Yang is responsible for handling inquiry information, commercial communication, project follow-up and privacy requests. The form collects name, company, country, email, optional WhatsApp, product interest, estimated quantity, reference and message to review and respond to a buyer procurement requirement. It records submission time and delivery status. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential drawings before agreeing handling requirements.
Unsubmitted form drafts are stored in this browser for up to 24 hours and expire on your next visit. Successful submission clears the saved form fields. Uploaded files are not stored in browser drafts.
Inquiry records are stored in the Sites-hosted D1 database and accessible through the owner-restricted administration area. When enabled, Resend processes transactional mail. Relevant technical requirements may be shared with a manufacturer for the requested sourcing review; contact details and confidential information should not be distributed beyond the agreed purpose.
Ordinary inquiry information is used for commercial communication and project follow-up and is retained for no longer than 24 months from submission. You may request earlier deletion. Information required by law or necessary business records may be retained beyond this period where needed; the reason and scope of any exception will be explained. Email taylor@fardrivetrade.com with your inquiry reference, the submitting email address and the requested correction or deletion. Taylor Yang reviews the request and verifies identity before processing it. Deletion requests also cover copies that can be deleted. Service-provider backups follow the provider's actual backup and retention cycles; separately held copies require separate handling. Some backup copies cannot be individually deleted before their retention cycle ends, and immediate deletion from every backup is not promised. Backup storage locations are not disclosed. This policy does not claim an automated deletion system.
A receipt confirms that the inquiry was stored, not an order or quotation. Provider acceptance is separate from inbox delivery. Sending status and attempts are logged without full email bodies. Intake limits use salted request hashes; an emergency switch can suspend new submissions. Mail failure does not delete the stored inquiry.
Attachments are used for requirement review and quotation coordination, stored privately and included in the operator notification email. You may request deletion through the published email address.
We also count marked enquiry-form link clicks on product landing pages. These clicks do not confirm a submitted enquiry. We count page views, approximate browser-tab sessions, broad search/social source categories, WhatsApp link clicks and saved inquiries. Same-origin measurement uses this tab’s session storage and private daily aggregates; it does not use analytics cookies, save full IP addresses, raw page/referrer URLs, query strings, form text or uploaded files. No data is sent to third-party advertising or analytics services. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable browser measurement. Owner visits and recognizable bots are excluded. A WhatsApp click does not confirm a message or purchase.
